You know, many items are sold in Yahoo Japan Auction. But almost sellers don't ship internationally, and all explanation is in Japanese. So you must give up bidding and buying.
Then we try starting auction agent service. We can bid and take any item in auction, instead of you as your request. And we ship the item to you certainly. JIGS's shipping is very reliable and safe. Thank you.

How can I bid and win for my item in auction?

1. Let us know the auction url or auction id which you need to bid. And the max bid price, too. Please use Bid request form.
2. Send fund to us. Then JIGS bids for item using your fund.
3. JIGS can bid up to the amount twice your deposit. For example, if you send 1000yen, JIGS can bid up to 2000yen.
4. If JIGS wins, JIGS pays to the seller and receives the item.
5. JIGS make an estimate including deposit, then send us remaining payment.
6. JIGS sends an item to you.

Do you need any fee for this service?

Yes, please see the later table.

- If JIGS loses the auction, there is no fee to bill you.
- If JIGS wins the auction, we also need the shipping charge for domestic and for international.
- We need this fee for each auction.

Is there any other charge for this serive?

If JIGS wins the auction, we also need the shipping charge for domestic and for international. Also, we need bank fee of domestic bank remittance for payment to the seller.
For example, if you won 2500yen CD:
      CD price = 2500yen, Agent fee = 500yen, Bank fee = 210yen, Domestic Shipping = 500yen, International Shipping = 700yen / Total = 4410yen.

How can I pay my fund to you?

Please see how to order page. Payment method is the same as dvd/cd ordering.
WUMT (Western Union Money Transfer) is very fast (Just 1 business day to arrive). Also we accept Paypal (online payment), but we can receive till 5000yen per order. We also accept IPMO, but in this case it takes 1-2 weeks to arrive usually.

Is there other notice for this service?

• Please notice that it takes 1-2 weeks to arrive here your IPMO or cash. Many auctions close within 2-7 days. Best way for sending deposit is WUMT or Paypal.
• If you need to be refunded, we will do so immediately by Paypal. Please prepare "personal account" of Paypal to avoid their fee. (You can withdraw to your bank account from Paypal easily.)
• You cannot cancel your bid after its executing by JIGS.
• JIGS cannot guarantee for auction item's condition. However, JIGS checks an item for important points when JIGS receives from a seller.(ex. item broken, different item and mistaken quantity etc. ) If there is any problem, JIGS negotiates with the seller, and ask guaranteeing. You never lose your money.
• You cannot return your item except different item arrival.
• JIGS guarantees safe packet delivery to you. If item is broken or lost during postal transit, JIGS guarantees everything as same as CD/DVD order.
• If the fund is shortage, we cannot send item to you. After receiving additional fund, we will send the item to you.
