[Important: Regarding Your Cel Picture Purchases from 2022 (Oct 5, 2026)]

In August 2025, you requested from France that we retain all the animation cels, promising to pay the outstanding balance. JIGS agreed to this request and has been waiting for payment ever since. Although we have contacted you several times, we have received no response. Another year has now passed, and we can no longer wait for payment.

If the remaining balance is not paid by December 31 of this year, we intend to ship the current stock of cels (corresponding to the amount already paid) to you via sea freight at our own expense and consider all transactions concluded. We will ship the items to the address used for the 2022 shipment; please notify us by the deadline if there have been any changes to your address.

Thank you for your understanding.

[Important: Regarding Your Cel Picture Purchases from 2022 (Apr 22, 2025)]

We sincerely apologize for this announcement.

We are currently unable to contact a French customer who purchased several cel pictures from us in 2022. Despite the significant amount of your deposit, we haven't been able to reach you for some time.

In 2023, we sent a postcard by alrmail to your address. While it was delivered to your mailbox, we did not receive a response.

In 2024, we attempted to send your items via EMS. Unfortunately, the package was returned to Japan. (The address was correct, and the package arrived, but it was not claimed within a month.)

We have to send you your current cels (which your deposit covers) as soon as possible. Please provide us with your current contact information. We have been unable to email you as your inbox appears to be full.

Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Buon giorno! Diamo il benvenuto a clienti italiani. Abbiamo molte esperienze nel commercio con l'Italia per lungo tempo.
(Hello! We welcome Italian customers. We have many experiences in trade with Italy for a long time.)

We also have many customers in France, Germany, Indonesia, Kuwait, Russia, Spain, Switzerland, UAE, UK and USA.

[9 March] We started new proxy server. Now European customers can see YJA photos.
If you find any problem, please let us know. We'll fix it.
