Important: Regarding Your Cel Picture Purchases from 2022 (Apr 22, 2025)

We sincerely apologize for this announcement.

We are currently unable to contact a French customer who purchased several cel pictures from us in 2022. Despite the significant amount of your deposit, we haven't been able to reach you for some time.

In 2023, we sent a postcard by alrmail to your address. While it was delivered to your mailbox, we did not receive a response.

In 2024, we attempted to send your items via EMS. Unfortunately, the package was returned to Japan. (The address was correct, and the package arrived, but it was not claimed within a month.)

We are eager to send you your current cels (which your deposit covers) as soon as possible. Please provide us with your current contact information. We have been unable to email you as your inbox appears to be full.
